PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This cutting machine can cut steel pipe dia 76-219mm, length 200-2600mm. High efficiency, it can cut 1200pcs/8h. It works according non-rotating tools, rotating pipes.The feeding, locating, clamping, beveling, cutting of raw material pipe can be automatically finished in turns with high efficiency. It is available to produce steel pipe belt conveyor roller in mining.

The equipment is special equipment for cutting roller steel pipe, both ends of a chamfer automatic belt conveyor, chamfer and cut off without auxiliary, its precision can meet the requirements of roller steel tube technology, suitable for domestic and abroad production of steel roller conveyor belt cutting. Besides, the other processes (feeding, positioning, clamping, chamfer and cutting) are automatically completed on this device. The adjustment is simple, reliable and highly automated. The carbide tool is used for machining with high efficiency.

The device is belt conveyor roller chamfer on both ends of the steel pipe cutting, which is a completion of special equipment, and does not need auxiliary processing after chamfer cutting.
