PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Purpose of roller auto manufacturing line
This manufacturing line is used for automatic pipe feeding,length cutting of steel pipes (diameters φ89, 108, 133, 159, 194, 219mm), internal chamfering boring of the rollers, and the press fitting of bearings 204, 205, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310 and bearing housings that match the above-mentioned diameter rollers, as well as double-head welding of the bearing housings, internal and external sealing, and press fitting of end caps.
This manufacturing line is also used for automatic shaft(diameters φ20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50mm) auto feeding,milling ends,drilling ends surface center hole, drilling holes,boring edges,circlip grooving.
We provide complete sets of tooling and fixtures for all workstations of various specifications of carrier rollers within the entire production line to meet production needs. The design of the tooling and fixtures shall be accurate, reliable, and durable, avoiding deformation of the workpieces that may cause scratches during use.

3.Machine characteristics
From raw materials to finished products, the workpieces do not need to be placed on the ground or manually transported. A combination of powered and non-powered methods is employed, with material storage areas set up before and after each workstation. The flow of pipes at each workstation is managed mechanically. After welding the bearing housing, the shafts are manually inserted, and the placement of bearing housing at both ends, sealing components at both ends, and outer covers is done manually.
The fixed-length cutting system for steel pipes on the production line adopts a form where the pipe is fixed and the cutting tool rotates with radial servo feed. Up to four cutting tools can be equipped for simultaneous cutting, ensuring efficient and stable cutting. The storage rack can store 10 pipes with a diameter of φ219 (stackable), which are lifted into place by a crane. The storage rack is inclined at a reasonable angle, allowing the steel pipes to automatically roll down to the automatic feeding position. The automatic feeding flapper is driven by multiple sets of air cylinders, which can sequentially flip the steel pipes on the storage rack one by one into the fixed-length feeding conveyor roller table.
The conveyance of steel pipes from the fixed-length cutting system to the pipe boring machine on the production line adopts the method of transferring with a small carrier vehicle.
The production line adopts the boring hole process for steel pipe end preparation, which involves positioning and clamping the pipe's outer circumference, using a standard carbide tool with a mechanical clamp, rotating, and advancing the tool to complete the inner hole end preparation boring or chamfering. The equipment utilizes hydraulic tool advancement, and the length is adjusted using a positioning screw during model changes, making model changes and adjustments convenient.
The bearing housing, bearing, inner cover, and sealing components are manually loaded and hydraulically pressed into place.
The bearing housing is welded using a dual-gun high-speed automatic welding machine, with the tube rotating while the welding guns remain stationary.

The entire line equipment can be used for both integrated and individual production, making it an ideal equipment for specialized production.
