This boring machine can boring steel pipe dia 76-219mm, length 200-2600mm. High efficiency, it can boring 1200pcs/8h. clamping over the complete aperture of the pipe eliminates problems due to ovality and improves quality, hydraulic tool feeding system ensures higher level of precision in boring. It is available to produce steel pipe belt conveyor roller in mining.

The machine adopts mechanical fast clamping device, clamping reliable; Clamping force is simple and convenient adjustment. Cutter feeding by hydraulic pressure drive, can be stepless speed regulation.meanwhile, left and right two feed oil cylinder adopt hydraulic synchronous circuit, can feed at the same time, the blade at the same time. Radial feed the manual, can adjust the knives accurately according to processing requirements; And equipped with hydraulic automatic knife when cutting tool feed to the desired location (dead point) automatically when a knife, avoid scratch has been processed on surface.
